Please be advised that accounts found to have abused this issue may face temporary suspensions.
Creating multiple characters to transfer, sell, or store these Novice Gift items instead of using them normally is a clear violation of fair gameplay.
Players who have exploited this issue must keep in mind that they are subject to penalties.
If your account has been banned due to the abuse of this issue, you may request an unban by submitting a ticket.
We will process these requests sequentially, and accounts will be unbanned once the improperly obtained items have been successfully retrieved.
