To ensure a fair gameplay environment for all players, we take action against users who violate our

operational policies. SoulSaver Online is committed to maintaining a fair and balanced game 

environment, and we continuously enforce measures against accounts that engage in misconduct.

The use of hacks, third-party programs, and modified client files remains one of the most serious 

issues affecting the game server. We treat these violations as critical matters and are actively 

implementing various measures to prevent and eliminate such activities.

As part of these efforts, Zero Reward System was applied during the last maintenance of January.

When abnormal gameplay behavior is detected by the game system, Zero Reward System 

will activate for the affected character.

When activated:

• Damage dealt to monsters is set to 0
• Quest EXP rewards are set to 0
• EXP gained from monsters is set to 0
• Monster item drops are set to 0

The system can be deactivated by re-logging into the game.

Zero Reward System is triggered when the server and client detect abnormal gameplay behavior.

Once activated, the character’s ability to deal damage to monsters, gain EXP, and obtain item drops

will be restricted to 0, effectively limiting hunting activities.

The system is automatically removed upon re-login. However, if abnormal gameplay behavior is detected

again, the system will reactivate.

The Zero Reward System has been developed to restrict the hunting activities of users engaging in 

abnormal gameplay, while also collecting relevant data and evidence for further account sanctions.

As this is a newly introduced system, there is a possibility that it may be applied to some legitimate 

players unintentionally. In such cases, the Zero Reward status will be removed after re-logging into 

the game. We kindly ask for your understanding and request that you reconnect if this occurs.

If the Zero Reward System is repeatedly applied during normal gameplay, please submit a ticket 

through the SoulSaver Online official website with detailed information about your hunting 

environment and character behavior at the time of activation. Your feedback will greatly 

assist us in improving the system.

Please note that we are unable to restore any EXP or rewards lost due to the activation of 

Zero Reward System, even through support tickets. We kindly ask for your understanding 

in this matter.
