Around 10:00 PM on November 27, 2025 [GMT + 9], a DDoS attack occurred on our servers,

including our game servers. During the emergency response, we temporarily blocked certain

overseas IP addresses,which resulted in some users from specific countries being unable to

access the service for approximately five hours.

All services have now been fully restored. We would also like to assure you that your

information has been well protected and remains completely safe. However, we are currently

defending against ongoing DDoS attempts and have strengthened real-time monitoring to

ensure service stability.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this incident and will do our utmost

to provide a stable and reliable service.
