We would like to bring to your attention an issue that has arisen following the update in February.

Due to an error in the rewards and a bug during the Yut event, a significant number of Heavenly Chests have

been misused on our servers. Unfortunately, we have reached a point where these Heaven Chests and

Heavenly items cannot be recovered. As a result, we have made the decision to retrieve all Heaven Chests and

Heavenly items generated after February.

We understand that this sudden decision may cause frustration and disappointment among our users.

We apologize for any inconvenience or negative experience this may have caused. Our team is committed to

providing a better gaming service, focusing on updating various events and content to enhance your overall experience.

We want to assure you that our intention is to maintain fairness and integrity within our game environment.

By retrieving the affected items, we aim to restore balance and ensure a level playing field for all players.

This action will allow us to address the unintended consequences caused by the error and bug, ultimately improving the overall gameplay experience.
