We had a problem with the billing system after maintenance on the 25th of February.

1.  Those who used Skrill, Credit Card and Unipin received only a certain amount of they charged.

2.  Random group was able to top up Cash without charge

Netgame staff is putting effort into these issues to be fixed.

We monitored that a 3rd person impersonated GM and spread out illegal items (Caused by #2) among the random person.
We much appreciate him holding a surprise event to make the server better off but the items must be removed from the server.

This is because:
*Items were created by billing system error which is not intended to
*Items were not gifted from Netgame staff, known as GM, but an impersonator
