Hello, Savers!

 

  

 

Recently, it seems that many low level players group with

 

high level players and get trained at the high level maps.


Our anti-cheat engine has design to be blocking any low level players placing at the high level maps.


Therefore, we recommend not to train at the high level maps.

 

Therefore, we recommend not to train character at the high level maps.

 


Once players have been blocked from the server due to such reason,

 

it would be difficult for us to release account unless there is clear evidence of his/her foul action.

 

Furthermore, we highly recommend you not to send us repeatative tickets regarding one issue.

 

This will make ticket process even more slower.

 

If player keeps sending us repeatative tickets. We will consider it as Spam and block player from ticket site.

 

 

Lastly, we will not going to give any 2nd chance to hacker or cheat players. So, please do not ask for re-investigation.
