Through much heated debate between our SoulHelper's and some user that represent some community here in SoulSaver, we need to make notice for clarification..

Via MGAMEUSA Policy:
1. Account Information Sharing will not be supported by our staff
2. Account Trading for real-world currency is illegal and is a bannable offense
3. Item Trading for real-world currency is illegal and is a bannable offense

It comes to our attention that many users did not know this was an issue, but it is only from a user perspective. You may not use MGAMEUSA property as a platform to make personal income.

Valuable items need to be traded with SoulSaverOnline gold only. Cash items can either be purchased from the Cash Shop or bought from other users selling cash items.

We do understand that some users from various parts of the world are unable to charge Mcash due to Visa Card issues. Some measures will be taken to ease this problem such as new events that will make some of the more popular cash items available through gameplay.

SoulHelper are also created to assist as they are users working for MGAMEUSA that can buy and resale mcash items in gold to other users who cannot (to a certain extent).

From now on, if you are reported selling items/cash/accounts for real-world currency, you will now first be banned for 7 days. Second offense for 1 month. Third offense will be permanent. This may be subject to change at any time.
